Gantry System
NT is capable designing and planning gantry automation lines, and a number of new gantry system are integrated in multiple retrofit projects of production line.
Parts Handling Unit
We has developed multiple highly flexible and high-precision part handling devices, which work together with a linear Gantry system to load and unload parts on two face to face machines.
Robot Loading and Unloading
A (de)palletizing robot combined with a vision system is a cost-effective solution for loading & unloading. By using an embedded design, it has solved problems of liquid leakage.
AGV/AMR Transportation System
The AGV/AMR intelligent system is connecting the material handling between the production lines in workshop and the warehouse, achieving a fully unmanned automatic production.
