The high precision bridge type machining center NTH series are dedicated for high-accuracy parts. The machine was developed with a number of unique designs to maintain ultra-precision stability during long-term continuous cutting. The repeatability accuracy can reach 0.002mm according to VDI standards.

It is equipped with a Siemens 840D control system, thermal controlled spindle, laser tool setter, spindle probe, fully enclosure, oil mist collection, tool data chip reader, and customized tool management HMI screens. It is an excellent solution for aero engine ring and cone parts. The customer which has seven sets of NTH1250 had delivered ring and cone parts for LEAP Aero Engine in last seven years.
