Structure
The NHC adopts a frame-in-frame structure, which provides excellent structural rigidity. The X-axis is driven by synchronized dual closed loop drive system. Up and down spread guides and ball screws distribute driven force more evenly, ensures the system smoothing and reliable during rapid movement, while the standard dual liner scales facilitate the accuracy and stability.
The ATC, with a short arm running faster, and the unique design of magazine door sync-driven by the ATC cam mechanism, greatly shortening the tool change time.
