NV Vertical Machining Center

The NV series vertical machining center has excellent cutting performance and stability. It offers various solutions to meet different customer requirements, including adding 4th-5th axis rotary tables and dual-spindle models for increased efficiency. The 5th-axis unit uses torque motor and a water-cooled temperature control system for high precision. The A/C-axis rotary table configuration improves machining accuracy & efficiency, while the dual-spindle model is ideal for mass production. These machines can be integrated with robots for automatic loading and unloading, providing a cost-effective solution for customers.

Options

The 5th-axis unit of the NV series VMC utilizes torque motor with no mechanical wear and zero backlash, and an internal water-cooled constant temperature control system providing the NV series with excellent accuracy.

2-axis rotary table greatly improves the capability of the NV series. Parts can be machined with all features completed in one setup, eliminating impacts of repeated positioning errors from multiple clamping operations, greatly improving the machining accuracy.

The dual-spindle model of the NV series VMC is designed and developed for mass production of parts. Two parts can be ma- chined simultaneously with one setup, and the two spindles can operate independently, which effectively eliminates the influence of tool length deviation and improves machining accuracy.

With the 5-axis rotary table, the double-spindle model can achieve maximum output in the smallest footprint while reducing energy consumption and labor costs.

NV series vertical machining centers can be interfaced and integrated with robots. The close collaboration among NT automation systems teams enables our cost-effective and fully automatic solutions. Multiple machining centers can be lined-up with floor rail robots, and one robot can perform automatic loading and unloading of multiple stations.
